SHIPPING

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Bimbiboo offers FREE shipping on all orders shipped within Ireland.

Where do you ship?
We currently ship within Ireland only.

How long does processing take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Saturday).

How long does delivery take?
Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days after order processing, depending on your location.
Total delivery time is typically 4–9 business days (processing + transit).

Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

What if my order is delayed?
Delays may occur due to holidays, peak seasons, weather conditions, or carrier disruptions.
If your order has not arrived after the estimated delivery window, please allow an additional 3 business days.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

What is your return period?
We offer a 60-day return policy, starting from the delivery date.

Do you charge restocking fees?
No. Bimbiboo does not charge any restocking fees.

Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

What items qualify for return?
Returned items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed, in original condition, with original tags and packaging included where applicable.
Proof of purchase is required (order confirmation email is accepted).

How do I start a return?
Please contact us first at info@bimbiboo.com and include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return (optional).
Returns sent without prior approval may not be processed.

When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Refunds are processed within 7 business days after approval.

Do you offer exchanges?
Yes. Please contact info@bimbiboo.com with your order number and the item you’d like to exchange.
Exchange requests must meet the same eligibility requirements as returns.


CANCELLATIONS & ISSUES

Can I cancel my order?
If you need to cancel your order, please contact info@bimbiboo.com as soon as possible and include your order number.
Orders can usually be canceled before processing begins. Once processing starts or the order has shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
If the order has shipped, you may request a return after delivery under our 60-day return policy.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact info@bimbiboo.com immediately.
If possible, include a clear photo of the issue and your order number so we can resolve it quickly.
